Geovo Creator Program Terms
These terms are between you (the "creator") and Geovo. They apply when you accept a Geovo creator offer. Geovo's Terms of Service also apply to you, including the limitation of liability and dispute sections.
1. Your deal
Your offer page lists what you earn: pay per 1,000 views, bonuses for new accounts and download clicks, and a share of first payments. Those numbers are part of these terms. Geovo can change the rates for future videos by telling you by email at least 14 days ahead. Money you have already earned never changes.
2. Posting
Make your content however you like. Two things only:
- Mark sponsored posts as an ad, for example #ad, "paid partnership" or the platform's branded-content label (free Pro counts as payment). This is required by law, such as the U.S. FTC rules, and protects you as much as us.
- Don't promote Geovo for anything illegal, such as fraud or stalking, and don't suggest Apple endorses Geovo.
3. How your earnings are counted
- Views: the public view count of each video, about 14 days after posting, from a screenshot you send or that Geovo checks.
- New accounts: accounts created through your link or code within 14 days that then simulate a location at least once.
- Download clicks: clicks on a Download button by people who came through your link, up to the monthly cap in your deal.
- Share of payments: your percentage of the first payment from people who buy through your link or code. It is held for 30 days for refunds, and refunded purchases don't count.
Geovo's records decide the numbers. If you think something is wrong, tell us within 30 days and we'll check.
4. No fake results
No buying views or clicks, bots, fake or self-made accounts, paying people to sign up, spam, or bidding on "Geovo" in search ads. Geovo can hold back or reverse earnings that come from any of these, and end your participation.
5. Getting paid
Geovo pays monthly, by PayPal or Wise, once you are owed at least $20. You give us your payment details and any tax form we need (in the U.S. a W-9, outside the U.S. a W-8BEN). You are responsible for your own taxes. You take part as an independent creator, not as an employee or agent of Geovo.
6. Your videos
Your videos stay yours. You let Geovo share your Geovo videos on Geovo's own website and social accounts, with credit to you. Using your video in paid ads needs your separate permission.
7. Ending
Either of us can end this at any time by email. Earnings you have already earned (and that have cleared the 30-day hold) are still paid. Your link and code stop working.
8. Changes
If we change these terms, we'll email you first. The version you accepted is shown in your Geovo creator dashboard.
