Refunds

The short version

There is no free trial, because the free plan is the trial: 30 minutes of simulation every day, with every feature unlocked. Try it properly before you buy.

When we refund

• You bought Geovo and haven't used it since the purchase.
• You were charged twice for the same plan.
• A renewal went through immediately after you tried to cancel.

How to ask

Email hello@geovo.app from the address you bought with, and tell us which plan. We usually reply within one business day, and refunds land back on your card within a few days.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account page — you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Lifetime purchases are one-time and never renew.
